You know what, I am not going to let this world make me cold. You know, you go back and forth and be like, ‘ooh if somebody’s rude, Imma be rude to them too’, and that’s exactly how I was (to that lady). But, I’m just like, ‘no I am not going to let other people bring me out of character, I am going to refuse to do it’.
There are so many people in this world who are so freaking kind, and who lead life with so much kindness. And, why not gravitate towards them? Why not focus on them? Why do we focus so much on the terrible people of the world, or just the rude people of the world (I don’t know if they’re terrible people), but of the rude people of the world? I think that’s what my journey is more-so…in just being like, ‘it does not matter’.
