I Have A Dream, Girls
This Black history month, I focused on individuality, femininity, and living history. The online exhibition Table for One and many of the newsletter posts visualize or analyze Black feminine vulnerability and triumph. Interpersonal female relationships are a huge part of my life, whether good or bad, which is why I highlight this sector of feminism and race relations the most. Below are a few publications that I have read to help me navigate the complicated rose bush of womanhood with all of its thorns and blooms.
Update: This post has been condensed and refocused because I’m done babysitting toxic white feminists. The first half remains the same, but has been edited.
Have a Pleasant Day

Books I’m interested in reading for the first time and illustrating for healing, learning, and escapism.
